VPSGRID ABUSE HANDLING POLICY

This Abuse Handling Policy describes the procedures used by BLOCKSGENIE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, operating under the brand VPSGRID, to respond to abuse reports related to services hosted on VPSGRID infrastructure.
This policy applies to all customers and users of VPSGRID services.

2. Scope of Abuse Policy
This policy applies to abuse reports related to:
- Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Network infrastructure
• IP address allocations
• customer-hosted services
• network traffic originating from VPSGRID infrastructure
Abuse complaints may originate from:
- individuals
• organizations
• internet service providers
• datacenters
• law enforcement agencies
3. Definition of Abuse
Abuse refers to activities that violate VPSGRID policies or harm networks, systems, or individuals.
Examples include but are not limited to:
- spam or unsolicited email campaigns
• phishing websites
• malware distribution
• botnet activity
• DDoS attacks
• hosting illegal content
• copyright violations
• credential harvesting websites
• scam or fraudulent platforms
• open proxy abuse
• network scanning or intrusion attempts
Abuse may also include activities that violate the VPSGRID Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Reporting Abuse
Abuse reports may be submitted to VPSGRID using the following contact:

Reports should include as much information as possible, including:
- IP address involved
• description of the abuse activity
• timestamps of the incident
• relevant logs or evidence
• URLs if applicable
Incomplete reports may delay investigation.
5. Abuse Investigation Process
Upon receiving an abuse report, VPSGRID may take the following steps:
- Review the complaint for validity.
- Verify whether the activity originated from VPSGRID infrastructure.
- Analyze logs and network data.
- Contact the responsible customer when appropriate.
Investigations are conducted at the discretion of VPSGRID.
6. Immediate Action for Severe Abuse
In cases involving serious abuse, VPSGRID may take immediate action including:
- temporary suspension of the affected server
• blocking network traffic
• disabling specific services
Immediate action may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect network stability.
7. Customer Notification
When possible, VPSGRID will notify the customer responsible for the reported activity.
The customer may be asked to:
- investigate the issue
• remove offending content
• secure compromised systems
• respond to the complaint within a specified time frame
Failure to respond may result in further action.
8. Compromised Servers
If a server is determined to be compromised:
- the server may be temporarily suspended
• the customer will be notified
• remediation steps will be required before reactivation
Customers are responsible for securing their servers.
9. Abuse Escalation
If abuse continues or is not addressed by the customer, VPSGRID may escalate enforcement actions including:
- extended suspension
• permanent termination of services
• blocking network access
• refusal of future services
10. Repeat Offenders
Customers who repeatedly violate VPSGRID policies may be classified as repeat offenders.
Actions against repeat offenders may include:
- permanent account termination
• blocking of future account registrations
• reporting to upstream providers
11. Cooperation With Datacenters
VPSGRID may receive abuse reports from:
- datacenter operators
• upstream network providers
• internet security organizations
VPSGRID will cooperate with these entities to resolve abuse incidents.
12. Law Enforcement Requests
VPSGRID may cooperate with law enforcement agencies when legally required.
Requests may include:
- subpoenas
• court orders
• lawful investigations
Customer data may be disclosed where legally required.
13. False Abuse Reports
Submitting false abuse reports or intentionally misleading information may be considered misuse of the abuse reporting system.
VPSGRID reserves the right to disregard fraudulent reports.
14. Data Preservation
VPSGRID may retain logs or evidence related to abuse investigations for:
- legal compliance
• network security purposes
• investigation of repeated incidents
15. Policy Updates
VPSGRID reserves the right to update this Abuse Handling Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the VPSGRID website.
Continued use of VPSGRID services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
