VPSGRID TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 10 March, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “User”, “Client”) and BLOCKSGENIE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, operating under the trade name VPSGRID (“VPSGRID”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any services provided by VPSGRID, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all related policies referenced herein.

VPSGRID is a product and service offering operated by BLOCKSGENIE TECHNOLOGIES LLC.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using VPSGRID services you confirm that:
• you have read and understood these Terms
• you agree to comply with all VPSGRID policies
• you accept that VPSGRID services are provided under these conditions
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use VPSGRID services.
3. SERVICES PROVIDED
VPSGRID provides infrastructure services including but not limited to:
• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Cloud infrastructure
• Compute resources
• Storage services
• Networking services
• Internet connectivity
• Server deployment tools
Services are provided as infrastructure only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VPSGRID services are unmanaged services.
Customers are responsible for:
• operating system configuration
• server administration
• software installation
• system updates
• security hardening
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To purchase VPSGRID services you must create an account.
You agree to:
• provide accurate and truthful information
• maintain updated contact details
• secure your login credentials
Customers are responsible for all actions performed under their accounts.
VPSGRID is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by weak passwords or customer negligence.
5. ELIGIBILITY
Customers must:
• be at least 18 years of age
• have legal capacity to enter contracts
• provide valid payment information
VPSGRID reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization.
6. SERVICE PROVISIONING
A service is considered delivered and activated when:
• the server has been successfully deployed
• login credentials are issued
• an IP address is assigned
Provisioning of services constitutes successful delivery of the purchased service.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
All services are billed in advance.
Customers must pay all invoices before the due date.
Accepted payment methods may include:
• credit cards
• debit cards
• payment processors including Stripe
Failure to pay invoices may result in:
• suspension of services
• termination of services
• deletion of server data after grace periods
8. 7-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
VPSGRID offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible VPS services.
Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the initial activation date.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be honored.
9. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following items are non-refundable:
• dedicated servers
• setup fees
• domain registrations
• software licenses
• IPv4 address allocations
• additional IP blocks
• add-on services
• services terminated for abuse or policy violations
10. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Customers agree to contact VPSGRID support to resolve billing disputes before initiating payment disputes with banks or payment processors.
If a chargeback is initiated:
• VPSGRID may immediately suspend associated services
• the account may be permanently terminated
• all outstanding balances may become due
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and fraud databases.
11. FRAUD PREVENTION
VPSGRID reserves the right to conduct fraud screening on all orders.
We may request:
• government identification
• proof of address
• payment verification
Orders suspected of fraud may be rejected or cancelled.
12. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Customers must comply with the VPSGRID Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
• fraud or scams
• phishing operations
• malware distribution
• spam campaigns
• network attacks
• hosting illegal content
Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination.
13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
• server administration
• operating system updates
• software configuration
• firewall security
• intrusion prevention
Customers must ensure that their servers do not compromise the security of VPSGRID infrastructure.
14. BACKUPS AND DATA
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups.
VPSGRID does not guarantee data recovery.
VPSGRID shall not be liable for data loss resulting from:
• hardware failure
• cyberattacks
• software bugs
• accidental deletion
• user error
15. NETWORK SECURITY
Customers must ensure their servers do not:
• participate in DDoS attacks
• send spam
• distribute malware
• abuse network resources
Compromised servers may be suspended immediately.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers may not host or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
VPSGRID complies with United States DMCA law.
Valid DMCA complaints may result in removal of content or suspension of services.
17. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
VPSGRID strives to maintain reliable infrastructure but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime may occur due to:
• hardware failure
• network maintenance
• datacenter outages
• security incidents
Service availability details may be defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPSGRID shall not be liable for:
• loss of profits
• loss of revenue
• loss of data
• business interruption
• indirect damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding billing period.
19. NO WARRANTY
All services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
VPSGRID makes no warranties regarding:
• uninterrupted availability
• security of customer systems
• compatibility with third-party software
20. FORCE MAJEURE
VPSGRID shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control including:
• natural disasters
• war
• cyberattacks
• datacenter failures
• power outages
21. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
22. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
VPSGRID reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be published on the VPSGRID website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
