VPSGRID ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)
Effective Date: 10 March, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by BLOCKSGENIE TECHNOLOGIES LLC, operating under the brand VPSGRID (“VPSGRID”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
- This policy applies to all customers and users of VPSGRID services.
- Violation of this policy may result in service suspension, termination, or legal action.
1. Scope of Policy
- This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all VPSGRID services including:
- • Virtual Private Servers
• Cloud infrastructure
• Network connectivity
• Storage services
• IP address allocations
• Related infrastructure services - Customers are responsible for all activities conducted on their servers.
- This includes actions performed by:
- • employees
• contractors
• customers
• end users
• automated software
2. General Use Requirements
- Customers must use VPSGRID services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Customers must not use VPSGRID services to:
- • violate any law or regulation
• harm other users or networks
• conduct fraudulent or deceptive activities
• distribute malicious software
3. Illegal Activities
- VPSGRID services may not be used for any unlawful activity.
- Examples include but are not limited to:
- • credit card fraud
• identity theft
• phishing operations
• fake investment platforms
• scam websites
• impersonation of organizations
• online fraud schemes
• hosting stolen data - Accounts involved in illegal activity may be terminated immediately.
4. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending spam or facilitating spam is strictly prohibited.
- This includes:
- • unsolicited bulk email
• unsolicited SMS messages
• spam through social media platforms
• operating spam mail servers
• hosting spam tools or spam scripts - Email campaigns must comply with:
- • CAN-SPAM Act
• applicable anti-spam laws - Accounts involved in spam activity may be suspended without notice.
5. Network Abuse
- Customers may not use VPSGRID infrastructure to interfere with other networks.
- Prohibited activities include:
- • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• operating DDoS-for-hire services
• traffic flooding
• reflection attacks
• amplification attacks
• unauthorized network scanning
• brute force attacks
• credential stuffing attacks - Launching attacks against VPSGRID infrastructure will result in immediate termination.
6. Malware and Exploits
- Customers may not host or distribute malicious software.
- This includes:
- • viruses
• worms
• trojans
• ransomware
• spyware
• keyloggers
• exploit kits
• botnet control servers - Malware hosting will result in immediate suspension.
7. Hacking Tools and Exploitation
- Servers may not be used to conduct hacking or unauthorized security testing.
- Examples include:
- • vulnerability exploitation tools
• password cracking software used against third parties
• network intrusion frameworks used maliciously
• unauthorized penetration testing - Security testing is permitted only with written authorization from the target system owner.
8. Cryptocurrency Mining
- Cryptocurrency mining is not permitted on VPSGRID infrastructure.
- Prohibited activities include:
- • Bitcoin mining
• Ethereum mining
• Monero mining
• GPU mining pools
• mining proxy services - Mining workloads cause excessive infrastructure strain and are not allowed.
9. Resource Abuse
- Customers must not use VPSGRID services in a way that negatively impacts infrastructure.
- Examples include:
- • excessive CPU usage
• abusive disk I/O operations
• runaway processes
• abusive network traffic - Servers causing infrastructure instability may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
10. Proxy and VPN Services
- Operating certain anonymization services is restricted.
- The following may require prior approval:
- • public proxy services
• open SOCKS proxies
• public VPN services
• anonymization relays - Operating such services without authorization may result in suspension.
11. TOR Nodes
- Operating TOR exit nodes is not permitted without prior authorization.
- TOR relay nodes may require prior approval depending on network impact.
12. Child Exploitation
- Content involving child exploitation is strictly prohibited.
- This includes:
- • child sexual abuse material
• exploitation imagery
• grooming operations - Such activity will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
13. Intellectual Property Violations
- Customers may not distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Examples include:
- • pirated software
• cracked software
• unauthorized movie streaming
• copyrighted media distribution - VPSGRID complies with United States DMCA regulations.
14. Harassment and Abuse
- VPSGRID services may not be used to harass or threaten individuals.
- Prohibited uses include:
- • harassment campaigns
• doxing services
• blackmail operations
• intimidation campaigns
15. Illegal Marketplaces
- Hosting platforms that facilitate illegal commerce is prohibited.
- Examples include:
- • drug marketplaces
• stolen data marketplaces
• weapon sales platforms
• counterfeit goods marketplaces
16. Compromised Servers
- Customers must ensure servers remain secure.
- If a server becomes compromised:
- • it may be suspended immediately
• the customer will be notified
• remediation will be required before restoration
17. Enforcement
- Violations of this policy may result in:
- • warnings
• service suspension
• service termination
• network blocking
• reporting to authorities - VPSGRID reserves sole discretion in determining violations.
18. Reporting Abuse
- Abuse reports may be submitted to:
- support@vpsgrid.net
- Reports should include:
- • IP address
• description of abuse
• supporting evidence
• timestamps if available
19. Policy Updates
- VPSGRID reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
- Changes will be published on the VPSGRID website.
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
